Conditions of Entry

1. This competition is run by The Southern Highlands Committee for The Humour Foundation
2. Employees of The Humour Foundation are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences 5pm AEST on 22/01/2010 and closes 8pm AEST on 24/07/2010. The competition will be drawn between 8pm -11pm on Saturday 24/07/2010 at The Clown Doctors Ball at Mittigong RSL. Winners will be notified by phone, and announced in The Southern Highland News on Wednesday 28th July 2010.
4. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 2pm on 13/09/2010 at The Humour Foundation Offices at Suite 3.5, Level 3, 126 Greville Street, Chatswood, NSW 2067 and the redraw winner will be notified by phone.
5. There will be five winners in this promotion. The major prize will be drawn first and the other prizes in descending order of number and value. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. In the event that the winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to the winners’ nominated parent/guardian of choice.
7. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
8. The prizes are subject to availability and all other relevant terms and conditions.
9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
10. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and of periodically providing entrants with marketing information about the Promoters products and services. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. 11. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize[s] or entering into this competition. The promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize and winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
12. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running because of tampering or unauthorized intervention or technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under state or territory legislation.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

13. The P & O Pacific Jewel Cruise Prize is for 2 persons for a 13 day cruise travelling around New Zealand including 8 locations: (a) Sailing date is 27th November 2010 (b) Cruise not exchangeable for cash (c) cruise date cannot be changed (d) Cruise Conditions to be adhered to.
14. The Marriott Hotel Voucher is subject to availability
15. The Marriott Voucher cannot be used with any other offers or discounts.
16. The guest must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by someone over 18 years of age.
17. This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used once.
